9.30-10.30am ZUMBA

10.30am – 11.30am Iyenga Yoga – Yoga practice both relaxes and energizes the body and mind and brings vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration,self-confidence and mental calm. Yoga is suitable for all types of people and all levels of fitness.

5.45pm-6.45pm Cardio circuits – All round circuit, not for the faint hearted!!

7pm-7.45pm Spinning – Spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

 

 

Tuesday 

9.30am-10.30am Tums & Bums – A complete legs, bums & abdominal workout aimed at toning up those problem areas whilst also increasing fitness levels, flexibility and balance

5.15 – 6.00pm TRX Suspension Training – NEW 

6pm-6.30pm Abs on the ball – A 30 minute core stability class addressing that all important mid-section

6.30pm-7.20pm Studio Resistance – A complete workout using resistance to firm those problem areas

7.20pm-8.20pm Aerobi Step – This is a high impact high intensity class a real calorie burner!!

 

 

Wednesday

6.15am-7am Breakfast Blast – This full body workout is the perfect way to start your day a cardiovascular workout and then enjoy a FREE breakfast in our coffee lounge.

9.30am-10.30am Zumba

5.15 – 6.00pm – Rebound and Condition – NEW
