There is soooo much information out there now that is misleading people into believing that “eating s**t” is going to get them in GREAT shape (miracle working). Insinuating that ‘IIFYM’ model of eating to get in shape will work for them by utilising JUNK food as their macros.

Its a big NO NO!!! The standard of the macros you eat are imperative to reaching you’re goals. You’re favourite athletes will NOT be getting their protein/fats/carbs from junk food and ignoring all the fundamentals of high quality foods that are full of nutrition.
The bits of S**T that gets into their diets, and sometimes yours, will and should play a very minimal role in daily calorific intake.
Eating some S**T in you’re diet isn’t going to ruin ‘everything’ just keep it minimal .. find that balance 80% to 20% or for serious results and faster 90% to 10%
