Before I started the 8 week challenge I was all over with my diet and training. I had no real structure and my weight was on the increase. To get accepted was a massive boost for me, having Mags believe I could still pull it back when she saw how out of control I was getting. It got me back on track and more focused than ever before. The first 2 weeks I found hard, cutting the sugar & carbs & eating the 5/6 small meals a day, but after that my energy levels soared, my mood lifted and my sleeping improved. It was the best thing I could of done. I am determined to keep moving forward and making progress. A massive thanks to Margaret and her team for the opportunity. I hope I did you proud xx
