I started out at 16 stone 7lb and now weigh 11 stone and aiming for 10 stone. My favourite quote is “I’d rather wipe my tears while telling my life story than keeping a dry eye and saying nothing” Before I lost my weight the thought of telling others that I wore a size 18 at 20 years old would make me cringe. Now I talk openly about how I was and how I changed things, MY STORY because if I get the honour of helping other people then that’s a bonus, you can surprise yourself with what strengths you have.
