“Approaching 40 & weighing 213lbs, I knew I needed to take action. I always wanted to do a transformation & now was the time! Apprehensive at the thought of living on green beans & white fish with endless cardio, I was hesitant, but it needed to happen. After a weigh in and calliper, I was at 29.4% body fat! All throughout, Mags was positive & explained what would be required. When I received the meal plan, I was pleasantly surprised at what & how much I could eat! Day 1 & my dread of endless cardio was dismissed with a structured weight training programme & zero cardio! The sessions were informative, varied, & never repetitive. Craig offered various alternatives if there were foods that I couldn't eat, & meals can be altered if you are hungry/full at different times of day. Everything is structured around you & taken care of. All you have to do is commit & follow through the instructions. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, weighing 177lbs & 14% body fat. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.”
